About Me

My background and practice as a PT

  • Bachelor of Science in athletic training and health science at university Dalarna (180p)
  • Worked as personal trainer since October 2014
  • Started parkour and tricking groups for children and adolescents and been trainer in the sports since January 2014
  • 10 years experience of strength training
  • 10 years experience of tricking, competed in the Swedish championship 2014 -2016
  • I have also practiced the Chinese martial arts Kung Fu for four years as well as athletics for six years when I was younger
  • I spend a big portion of my free time on training and deepening my knowledge of training, nutrition and the latest developments in the field
